Agency networking is a bit like buying a TV licence: everyone knows you should probably do it, but it still feels like the resource is better spent elsewhere.

We’ve been offering speed networking across our membership for a while now, but we wanted to give you a chance, especially as operations people, to share and compare, and to feel less alone in a role that is an integral cog of the wider machine.

Here’s how it works:

• During the hour session, there will be several breakouts. – each lasting around 6-7 minutes.
• In each group, there will be max two or three people. During this time, introduce yourself, your agency, and what you’re hoping to get out of the session.
• You can share advice, swap email addresses and make intros. But once your time is up, you’ll be straight into your next breakout.
• By the end of the speed networking hour, you should come away with a few new meaningful connections each.
