Often in smaller agencies, there is just one person to go to when things start to get a bit tough – be it the HR manager, people director, or mental health first aider.
But who do they go to for support when they need it?
We’re currently experiencing multiple once-in-a-lifetime scenarios all at once, and it’s beginning to take its toll. Lots of people are struggling, with no-one other to turn to than their ‘people’ person at work.
So, we’ll be using this time to cover the following:
- How are you managing an influx of negative news?
- Do you have wellbeing processes in place for YOUR role as HR?
- Does your CEO really know what’s going on with their employees?
