Agencies are seeing a huge spike in people going off sick.

People are getting signed off with burnout, they’re going off with various mental health issues, with the root cause often not being ‘work’ at all: people say they’re overwhelmed by the state of the world.

It’s causing massive stress for agency leaders, who of course, are the only ones in the business who can’t go off sick.

Who will run the business?

And when people return, they’re asking for adjustments like:

“I can’t speak to clients on the phone.”
“I can’t be dragged into things at random – I need a few day’s notice to be given any work.”

Some of these work, but a lot of them don’t and you feel like a villain for refusing.

When you run an agency it’s just so hard to know how to deal with the people side of things. What’s reasonable, and what’s unreasonable?

That’s why we’re hosting an emergency, off-the-record session to address this spike while it’s fresh.

This is your chance to ask questions, share your experiences, and explore how to handle these situations with empathy and clarity – as well as making sure you’re doing the right thing for you and your agency.

We’ll even have an employment lawyer on hand who can chip in to answer your burning questions.

PLEASE NOTE: The session WILL NOT be recorded, so be as honest and open as you like.
