Agency Hackers’ Coaching Groups let you meet other people running successful agencies.
You meet with other successful agencies of similar size. Some groups meet online and some choose to meet face-to-face.
The sessions are hosted and chaired by our members and researched and organised by Agency Hackers.
The tone is informal, but the format has enough structure to make it a good use of your time. Here’s how the Coaching Groups work:
- You meet with four other agency leaders for a total of four sessions
- Before each session you’ll fill out a shared document talking about your current challenges and goals
- A host is selected, making sure things are running smoothly
- At the end of each session you’ll discuss your takeaways and actions
