Crafted are going in to 2024 with huge momentum following the acquisition

Crafted has acquired Brighton based digital marketing agency SiteVisibility.

SiteVisibility has been operating as a digital marketing agency since 2001 and its heritage in progressive digital marketing with a datacentric approach was a key driver behind the acquisition.

It co-founded the now world’s largest search marketing conference, BrightonSEO which proved so successful it became its own entity under Rough Agenda, while SiteVisibility continued delivering performance-focused search marketing for a range of national and international clients.

  • Crafted’s CEO, Ian Miller said: “I’ve admired the work of SiteVisibility ever since the early days of Crafted supporting BrightonSEO and they’ve always been a name that’s mentioned as a respected agency.

“This acquisition is a very natural fit for both agencies as it was so clear that we share the same values across our people, the services we deliver, how we work with our clients, and our impact as a business. By bringing SiteVisibility on board, we’re able to connect their insight prowess and search heritage with our own Crafted experience and wider service offering.”

Jason Woodford CEO at SiteVisibility shared: “When looking for the next home for SiteVisibility, finding the right cultural fit was key. From the initial discussions it was clear that Crafted aligned with our aspirations for the business and I’m excited for the opportunities this deal provides for both SiteVisibility’s talented team and clients.”

Following long-term sustained and healthy revenue growth for Crafted, this acquisition sees the independent agency continue its momentum into 2024.

  • Ian continued: “2023 closed out with a flurry of success across new client acquisition, The Drum Awards and being named a Top 100 Best Company to Work For.

“We’re in a great place for further growth in the year ahead as we continue to deliver transformative digital services for clients.”
